      Dum paneer is an authentic  dish  which is perfect to serve on all occasion this recipe of dum paneer will not require much time to prepare in your own kitchen or exclusive ingredients to cook  but it is still  very delicious and has an amazing aroma.this is a  must have vegetarian dish on your next dinner/ lunch party which will leave your huge asking for more.

    
                 Ingredient 
   2 tbsp oil 

  1 onion, sliced 

  4 cloves 

  4 cardamom

  1 cinnamon sticks 

  1 tbsp ginger

  1 tbsp garlic 

  1/2 tsp green chillies 

  3 tbsp curd 

  1 tbsp coriander powder

  1/2 tbsp cumin powder

  1/4 tsp turmeric powder 

  1/2 tsp red chilli powder

  1 tsp salt

  1/4 tsp garam masala

  1/2 tsp black pepper powder 

  20  panner cubes 

  2 tsp cream 

  1/4 tsp black pepper corn ( crushed)

  10 mint leaves 

  Water ( as per need)

  1 tsp coriander leave 

  
How to make Dum panner 

 1:   Pour oil in a pan 

 2:   saute onion in it till golden brown.            Grind the onion to make  a paste.

  3:  Take clove, cardamom, cinnamon            sticks and the onion paste in the               pan of oil.


   4:   Saute them well and ginger,garlic             and green chillies.

   5:   mix thoroughly Add curd                           followed.       by cumin powder,                coriander powder, .  Turmeric                  powder,red chilli powder  salt and          garam masala.

   6: mix it well and add black pepper powder

   
   7: saute and add panner cubes.


    8: pour some cream over the panner                   mixture.

    
   9: add water to from a gravy followed by .        crushed  black pepper corn.


   10: Cover the pan with foil paper and the              lid. Let it cook 

   11: open the pan with simmering                    gravy  and mint leaves and                        coriander leaves  to it.
 
12: mix it well and serve hot .
